Investing with us is subject to availability. Many factors come into play that influences our fundraising schedule. We will inform you through our newsletter as we have new funds coming up. Please sign up here.

When the opportunities arrive, we will give all of our investors (new and existing) a call, first come first served. This is known as Call for Investors. In the past, 100% of our funds are oversubscribed within 7 days. At this point in time, the only thing you need to do is to let us know that you are interested in investing and the dollar amount you are committing (different minimum applies for different fund). You still have the option to withdraw or change your commitment amount later. No cash transfer is needed at this time. We put a lot of trust in our investors that forms the basis of this process. Generally we found that has worked well for us.

Following the Call for Investors, additional detail will be provided to those committed investors on next steps and subsequently all paperwork.

investment management

Longview Capital serves as the managing members of all the funds we raise. The management team of Longview Capital has and takes on all decision responsibilities of investing, managing, and liquidating our investments. At any given time, the investors have the right to audit all books within reasons.

management fee

We believe in owner-managed investment model. Our management incentive structure is setup to be 100% aligned with our investors. We only make money when our investors make money. Different fund will have different management fee structure.

distribution

Longview Capital provides a quarterly dividend distribution on all of our Dividend Funds. The Opportunity Fund does have a different distribution schedule depending on the nature of the project we take on. Longview Capital is a long term investment company. We are setup to avoid full fund liquidation every X number of years. However upon unforeseen circumstances, we do allow investors to exit its fund position given sufficient notices.
