The year was 2008. Millions of hardworking Americans found themselves homeless. The rental market was dominated by big chains like Avalon, which served the high-end tenants with high-income requirements, or to rent from mom-and-pop landlords who provided limited housing choices and inconsistent services. The honest, hard-working Americans had very little choices in between.
Over the years, Longview Capital has continuously acquired an ever-growing real estate portfolio. With the mission of providing quality housing for moderate-income families, we focused on 2nd and 3rd tier cities in the US where most of our tenants grew up and called home. We stayed true to our mission by purchasing and holding the properties for the long term, avoiding seemingly more profitable choices of flipping.
Our determination and hard work has paid off. With only a decade in founding, we are one of the largest housing providers in many towns. Our tenants love us. We have our own team of professional staff to manage on-site and to resolve any issues that may arise. The tenants feel closer to the owner because their problems are resolved quickly and effectively. The owner-managed model has also enabled us to deliver strong returns that surpasses the Standard&Poor Index for our investors despite the strong bull market in the past years. We continued to expand our investment portfolio to include Food & Beverage establishments and interesting technology enabled growth businesses.
This is our story. It started with just an idea simply because we care about people. We want to say thank you to our loyal investors for truly believing in us over the years. Now we invite you to explore the rest of this website to learn more about Longview Capital.
